In our project we have tried to create a digital system for complaint registration, wherein, once a complaint is filed by an employee, the status of how far the issue has been resolved can be tracked. Even a report is generated regarding the tracking of the complaint. We have also incorporated the functionality of stats in our project for a better understanding of the end-users. This application also provides additional functionality, where the maintenance supervisor assigns all the complaints raised to the specific maintenance operators, thereby, making the task of resolving problems easy to handle.
